1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Shipment

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
To cancel, contact us at support@jagirdigi.in or call +91-9861819003 with your order number.

b. After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may, however, initiate a return once the product is delivered (see below).

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@jagirdigi.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9861819003 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect).
  3. Wait for return approval and further instructions.

Please do not ship anything back before contacting us.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original method of payment (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
  • You will be notified via email or SMS once the refund is issued.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customized or personalized t-shirts
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Orders returned after the 7-day return window

6. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other eligible returns (e.g., size issues, change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
